Jolly Jester is operated by 36&5 Limited, company number 08938358, registered at 11 Beckenham Business Centre, Kent House Lane, Beckenham, England, BR3 1LB.
You can contact us through our Help Centre.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases made from Jolly Jester. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, screens and production tolerances. Product availability can change and an item shown on the website may occasionally become unavailable before an order is fulfilled.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order. Payment is made using the payment options offered at checkout.
After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement using the contact details supplied at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, unless the checkout process states otherwise.
If we cannot accept an order — for example because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or there is an obvious pricing error — we will let you know and any amount taken for that order will be refunded where appropriate.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timings are shown during checkout. We will take reasonable steps to meet any estimate shown. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the time required by applicable consumer law.
For more information, see our Delivery page.
If you are a consumer buying online, you will usually have a legal right to change your mind. Where that right applies, you can normally tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them.
There are legal exceptions to cancellation rights in some circumstances. Any applicable exception will be explained where relevant.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we may reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them, as permitted by law.
Refunds are made in accordance with your statutory rights and the payment method used for the purchase. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind policy. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us through the Help Centre and we will work with you to resolve it.
Promotions may have additional terms, expiry dates, product restrictions or minimum spend requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and we may prevent use that is fraudulent or inconsistent with the stated offer.
The Jolly Jester name, branding, game content, artwork, copy and other website content are owned by or licensed to 36&5 Limited unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission except where the law allows.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site’s operation or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are those in force when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
