Our current launch offer is free UK delivery when your order total is over £30. Any delivery charge that applies will be shown clearly before you place your order.
The delivery methods available for your order will be shown at checkout. The exact options can depend on the delivery address, order size and the services available at the time.
Any delivery date or timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders promptly and keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will send an update using the contact information supplied with the order where the relevant delivery service supports this.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging where possible and contact us promptly with details so we can help. Your statutory rights are not affected.
